PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY.  Your Use of this site is expressly conditionED on your acceptance of the following terms and conditions.  Your use of this site constitutes your agreement to follow the terms and conditions and to be bound by them.

Purchaser agrees to comply with all of the terms and conditions set forth herein. This order constitutes as a request whereupon World Cup Specialist (hereinafter “WCS”)  will deliver within seven (7) days of the event, Purchaser’s tickets. WCS is acting as broker and agent for suppliers in selling event tickets. WCS therefore shall not be responsible for any breach of contract or any intentional or careless actions or omissions on the part of such suppliers which result in the loss, damage, delay or injury to Purchaser or Purchaser’s group.  WCS is not responsible for weather conditions or developments of any other actions which may cause the rescheduling of the events.  All payments to WCS, (including deposits) are non-refundable and no refunds or credit will be given for any reason.  WCS may, in certain circumstances provide refunds, but only at the sole discretion of WCS and only to the extent that refunds are available to WCS.  Once the order is placed, no substitutions, exchanges or refunds will be permitted.  Additions may be included on a separate order form. WCS does not guarantee dates, times or scheduling of specific events.  If an event is canceled or postponed after it has commenced, ticket holders will follow the procedures as established by the governing body.  In the event of cancellation, postponement or rescheduling of a certain event, WCS will not be responsible for transportation or accommodations of Purchaser or Purchaser’s Group.  WCS will use its best efforts to obtain tickets in groups, however we cannot guarantee tickets together other than in pairs.  WCS bears no responsibility for, or control over the actual location of seats within the venue.  WCS reserves the right to upgrade ticket seating at its own discretion. 

Ticket Ordering Policies: Since our online ordering function is not in "real time," occasionally tickets that were ordered are no longer available.  In the event that Purchaser orders tickets that are no longer available, WCS will notify Purchaser as soon as possible, WCS will not charge Purchaser for the tickets and Purchaser's order will be completely nullified.  All prices are subject to change at any time before order confirmation regardless of whether Purchaser was provided with a written quote or order form.

Credit card orders totaling over $1,000.00 require a separate Credit Card Authorization form to be filled out by the Purchaser and faxed back to WCS, along with a copy of the credit card (front and back) and drivers license (or passport if not a U.S. resident).  A link to the Credit Card Authorization form can be found on the worldcupspecialist.com home page.  

Payment: Payment in full is required at time of order. Pricing on each ticket depends on the popularity of the event and the capacity of the venue.  WCS accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB and bank check cards bearing the Visa and Mastercard logo.  Payment can also be made via direct bank wire.  WCS accepts bank wires in U.S. Dollars, Euros, British Pounds and Swiss Francs.

Responsibility: Purchaser agrees that WCS and/or its suppliers shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity, liability or expense to person or property due to any act or default of any hotel, carrier, restaurant, company or person providing or rendering any of those services. WCS and its agents and suppliers accept no responsibility for any damage, delay, irregularity, expense or liability arising from sickness, pilferage, labor dispute, machinery breakdown, quarantine, government restrains, war, act of terrorism, weather conditions, defect in any vehicle or transportation or for any misadventure or causality or any other cause beyond their control. Any and all losses or expenses will be borne by the Purchaser.  All accommodations, services and facilities are subject to the laws of the countries to which the accommodations, services and facilities are provided. 

Delivery of tickets: All Tickets will be shipped via Federal Express, DHL or other secured Courier. If paying with a credit card tickets must be shipped to the Purchaser's credit card billing address. Tickets for the First Round Matches will be shipped 7- 30 days before the event.  Tickets for the Quarter-Final, Semi-Final and Final are generally printed after the First Round Matches, but will be shipped no later than 7 days before the event.  If Purchaser is traveling to Austria or Switzerland more than five days before the ordered event is going to take place, Purchaser must notify WCS so that the tickets can be delivered to Purchaser's hotel or other delivery address in that country, if necessary.  WCS is not responsible for theft, loss, delay, destruction or misplacement of any tickets mailed, express delivered, hand-delivered or theft at any will-call.  All tickets are irreplaceable regardless of the reason. If delivery is by Fedex, DHL or any other secured courier, Purchaser agrees that confirmation of delivery by the secured courier to the shipping address listed above is confirmation of delivery and WCS will not be held responsible for the theft, loss, delay, destruction or misplacement of those tickets.  Purchaser understands and agrees that it is Purchaser's responsibility to have someone available at Purchaser's credit card billing address to sign for the package.  Purchaser agrees to hold WCS harmless of any loss, liability, damage or cost if the secured courier attempts to deliver the package to Purchaser's credit card billing address and Purchaser either refuses or is not available to sign for the package.  

Spectator Provision:  Event tickets are subject to all rules and regulations of UEFA and Euro 2008 as imposed on spectators. 

Privacy Policy:  WCS has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy.  The following discloses the information gathering and dissemination practices for this web site.  

In some cases WCS will require Purchaser to provide personal contact information.  This information is used only in replying to inquires for processing orders.  Our site has security measures in place to protect against loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control.  We are the sole owner of any personal information we receive.  Furthermore, we will NOT sell, share or rent any of the information that Purchasers provide us with.
